  • What are your payment options?
You can use debit or credit cards like  Mastercard, Visa and Amex,
or use your Paypal account.

  • Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Every order will arrive in a beautifully labeled jewelry box, safely packaged in a padded envelope. Free elegant paper, ribbon and greeting card will also be provided upon request, please write me a message.

  • Shipping and tracking:
As a default we use registered airmail which takes around 10-20 days to arrive normally, but during Covid 19 standard shipping can take up to 30 business days. You will be provided a tracking number once the package is on its way.

With DHL Express door to door service estimated delivery time is 3-7 days and is highly recommended during covid times to prevent delays..

  • Why supplying your correct shipping address and phone # is very, very important:

Please make sure your address is correct! Packages returned to us, due to a wrong address (or no claim) will be re-shipped with additional shipping costs.

If you change the address before getting your shipping notice - please make sure to update us. In addition, if you change the address after receiving your shipping notice, please make sure someone at the old address will sign for your package / hold onto it for you.
Packages lost due to changed addresses will not be replaced by us.

If you are planning on shipping to your work, hotel or any other public location - although we will do our best to assist -  we cannot be responsible for any delay or lost packages.

  • Custom and personalized orders:
Custom or personalized orders can’t be returned because of the nature of these items. However, if such an Item arrived damaged or defective, please contact me within 3 days of arrival and I will accept its return.
  • Sales and coupons:
If a product is on sale, using a coupon code on the reduced price is not possible.
